The TTTC tailors the art experience for different ethnic groups, providing the public with a broad route for gaining familiarity with, appreciating and directly experiencing the traditional operatic arts through explaining its profound aspects in simple and accessible terminology.
The TTTC also holds art lectures and promotional activities deom time to time, including art salon lecture series on traditional opera and the Taiwan music arts by inviting directors and production organizers to share their artistic perspectives, or to offer exemplary on-the-spot performances.
Summer traditional opera camps are meticulously designed for children in grades three to seven. They help children gain understanding of the performing vocabulary of the traditional arts via such as forms of performance as opera, puppetry, and storytelling.
