Can I be admitted after the performance has already started? | The performing group makes that decision. Some performances may not have intermissions and do not permit late entry. We recommend checking the ticketing page in advance or contacting the performing group directly. |
Can I leave during a performance? | If possible, we suggest leaving during intermission. If you must leave during the performance, please seek assistance from staff. Re-entry may only be permitted at designated times. |
How can I find out the duration and end time of a performance? | Please refer to the program description page or the ticketing page for detailed information. |
Can I record video, audio, or take photos during a performance? | In compliance with intellectual property laws, video recording, audio recording, and photography are strictly prohibited during performances, including curtain calls. Some performances may allow recording or photography during curtain call. In such cases, please follow any announcements made by the organizer and refrain from using flash, selfie sticks, or tripods. |
May I eat or drink during the performance? | Food and beverages are not allowed inside the auditorium. Please finish them in the lobby before entering the auditorium. Food and beverages may be placed in the designated baskets in the lobby and retrieved after the performance. |

Is there a cloakroom or storage service available? | Main and Experimental Theatres: Please visit the service counter for cloakroom services. Multi Hall and Small Stage: Self-service storage tables are available. Taiwan Music Institute (1st floor): Coin-operated lockers are provided. Please note that valuables and large items (e.g., musical instruments) cannot be stored. Please take care of your personal belongings. |
How early can I enter the auditorium before the performance starts? | 40 minutes before showtime: The lobby opens for audience members to relax in. 30 minutes before showtime: The auditorium opens for seating. In case of inclement weather, the lobby may open earlier. |
Is there a dress code for attending performances? | Please avoid overly casual attire such as pajamas or slippers. |
Are pets allowed inside the venue? | Animals are not allowed inside the indoor venues, except for guide dogs. Storage services for pets are also not available. If you have special needs, please consult the organizer before purchasing tickets. |
Can infants and young children attend performances? | Some programs may not be suitable for children. We recommend selecting family-friendly performances. If a child becomes disruptive during a show, staff will assist you in relocating to the lobby’s rest area. You may return to your seat once the situation is stable. |
Can strollers be brought into the auditorium? | Due to limited space, strollers are not permitted inside the auditorium. Please park them at the service counter in the lobby and use a baby carrier to enter the auditorium. |
Are drinking fountains and cups available? | Drinking fountains are available in all venues. However, disposable paper cups are not provided. You may borrow a reusable cup at the service counter. |
Are there nursing rooms or diaper-changing stations? | Nursing Rooms: One is located on the 2nd floor of the Taiwan Music Institute and another on the 1st floor of the Main Theatre. Baby Changing Stations: Available in select restrooms. Please ask staff for assistance. |

Is motorcycle parking available? | Motorcycle parking is not available in the underground parking lot. Please use the surface parking lot under the Fuguo Road Overpass or the designated roadside motorcycle parking spaces on Wenlin Road. |
