◇ Accessible Elevators: All elevators in the TTTC are equipped in accordance with accessibility standards.
◆ Wheelchair Seating and Companion Seats
◇ Wheelchair Seats: 10 in the Main Theatre; 4 in the Experimental Theatre.
◇ Companion Seats: 10 in the Main Theatre; 4 in the Experimental Theatre.
※Wheelchair seats are reserved for audiences using wheelchairs. Audience members must bring their own wheelchair for entry.
Companion seats are reserved for accompanying persons of wheelchair users.

◇ Wheelchair loan service is available at each venue on performance days. Please inquire at the service counter for assistance.

Family-Friendly Services
◆ Nursing Rooms: 2 nursing rooms available. 1 on the 2nd floor of the Taiwan Music Institute and 1 on the 1st floor of the Main Theatre.
◆ Family Restrooms: Located in the Main Theatre and the Experimental Theatre, equipped with child-sized toilets seats, child safety seats & step stools, and baby changing stations.
◆ Parent and Child Parking Spaces: 4 parking spaces available on B2 of the parking lot.
Theater Service Counter
◆ Lost Person Announcements|If a companion or family member is lost, we can assist by making an intercom announcement.
◆ Information Services|We provide information on program schedules, seating, parking discounts, and coupon collection. You may also request a copy of our in-house publication The Good Shows (Mandarin only).
◆ Lost & Found|We assist with locating lost items and hold found items for safekeeping. For inquiries outside performance hours, please call +886-2-8866-9600 ext. 1121 or visit the [Lost & Found page] (Mandarin only).
◆ Item Storage|Short-term cloakroom services are available during performances (food, valuables, and musical instruments are not accepted).
◆ Item Lending|We provide child booster cushions, reusable eco-friendly cups, basic medical supplies, and a complimentary wheelchair loan service.
